Subscription to the Xtreme Assault Donator Package renders assent to the following terms:

In consideration for subscribing to the Xtreme Assault Donator Package, user shall receive assorted services related to in-server and reserved slot advantages. By subscribing to said Package, user recognizes that there is no guarantee, express or implied, as to the quality or nature of services rendered through the Package. All donations made toward subscription to the Xtreme Assault Donator Package are non-refundable, non-binding service agreements on the part of Xtreme Assault. Donator Packages may be terminated at any time, for any reason, at the discretion of the Xtreme Assault team or the subscriber themselves. Xtreme Assault reserves the right to refuse service at any time. Donations are not tax deductible, Xtreme Assault is not a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. If subscription is terminated, all donator benefits are cancelled immediately.

Subscription to the Donator Package is performed through PayPal automated transaction. Xtreme Assault is not responsible for any and all errors related to PayPal accounts or services. Any and all disputes relating to PayPal transaction services or charge-back related errors will result in termination of the Package based upon the discretion of Xtreme Assault. The Xtreme Assault Donator Package is an automatic subscription through PayPal that will be re-billed every month until cancellation. The duty of monitoring automatic transactions is solely that of the subscriber. PayPal's automated transaction reporting service provides information as to the name and address of subscribers. Xtreme Assault will not redistribute, sell, or make public said information. The Xtreme Assault Donator Package, number and/or configuration of game servers, video games supported, and availability and performance of the Xtreme Assault game servers is not guaranteed and may change at any time without notice.

By subscribing to the Xtreme Assault Donator Package, you have expressly agreed to entirety of these aforementioned terms.
